Slaughter plate 1 + 2 cold or warm / cold good for at least 2 to 3 people

Various types of sausage are served with mixed bread, white bread or baguette

Plate 1: Meatsausages smoked, fresh Meat (pork), onion Meatsausages

or cooked Meatsausages in a jar, cooked ham, rind stomach/aspic,

 liver sausage smoked or in a jar, black pudding smoked or jar,

Wiener or Bocksausages cold.

Plate 2: smoked Meatsausages, cooked ham, Meatsausages in a jar

or onion Meatsausages, smoked liversausages, warmed bocksausages,

warmed Meatloaf, 3 types of  fried Sausages, Thuringian-German Sausages,

saliccia with fennel or beef Sausages. Chopped cabage that has been pickled

 

in brine can also be served as a side dish. The plates can also be put together as desired.
