We produce various types of sausage (bratwurst, cooked and boiled sausages and various raw sausages such as salami, dry sausage (Pfefferbeißer) or Mettenden. The meat comes from local small farmers. The pigs are searched and slaughtered at the local butcher. The cutting and further processing then takes place in my cold room. With my imported meat and sausage machines we produce high quality products. In addition, we also bake to order various types of bread such as white breads, rolls, mixed breads or baguettes, but also some cakes (NY cheesecake we make to order. In the restaurant we also offer dishes like lasagna, pasta and pizza. We are currently expanding the restaurant with some seats and WC. Bread is baked in the wood-burning oven, among other things.
